Ailsa Reliability Solutions Ltd. (ARSL) specialises in solutions to improve customers’ reliability and reduce unplanned downtime to key and critical assets. They do this by using the latest condition monitoring equipment and technology available on the market.

Gathering, collating and analysing data provided by these systems is a highly manual task, carried out by ARSL’s experts. To automate this and allow the company to cost-effectively scale its volume of services, ARSL is creating its own advanced reliability monitoring platform.

Using Lumen®, ARSL proved the concept of its platform and created a Minimum Viable Product within 3 weeks. ARSL now has a product to supply its customers, that would otherwise have taken months to create.
