Lumen® accelerates the deployment of data-driven models in manufacturing processes. It does this by allowing models to transition from building/training to application without the need for additional on-premise infrastructure. By providing AFRC research staff with access to the platform and expertise in production Artificial Intelligence (AI) model deployment, Bellrock supports the translational effort of the AFRC in serving the manufacturing community.

Carpenter Additive is a global leader in additive manufacturing. It produces high-quality metal powders used to create industrial components through 3D printing. It also precision-manufactures parts for mission-critical systems, such as NASA’s Perseverance Mars Rover. Carpenter Additive has used Lumen® to predict the quality of powder production ahead of manufacturing runs.
