Trusted Again to Deliver AI Readiness for Scotland – This Time, Even Bigger

We’re proud to share that the team behind deckchair.ai, Bellrock Technology following a competitive tendering exercise, has been contracted by Scottish Enterprise to deliver a new series of AI Readiness Programmes, this time in partnership with Highlands and Islands Enterprise.
Together, we’ll support up to 60 ambitious businesses across Scotland to move from early experimentation to real, measurable transformation with AI.
After the success of the first programme in 2024, we’re excited to bring our expertise back to help organisations in Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Technology, Renewables, and Food & Drink cut through the buzzwords and unlock real business value.
This is a structured, hands-on journey designed for companies ready to harness their data and explore how AI can create meaningful change. Participants can expect:
Expert-led workshops exploring AI opportunities, barriers, data readiness, return on investment, and long-term sustainability.
One-to-one consultancy sessions with an experienced AI specialist.
Tailored action plans focused on practical next steps rather than just theory, and full access to digital transformation support from Scottish Enterprise.
Our goal is that every participating company finishes the programme with real AI projects ready to go. Not just ideas. Actual implementation.
The next four-month cohort begins in June 2025, with the full programme running through to March 2026.
