Joanna is responsible for managing the work from initial request through estimation, approval, requirements, build and implementation. She truly enjoys analysis and problem solving. Joanna’s big passion is to provide high quality products to the customers.
Prior to joining Bellrock she had over 15 years experience working on a wide range of IT projects, scoping the business requirements and developing solutions to business problems.
Joanna is a graduate of the University of Silesia in Poland where she received a masters degree in Mathematics. Joining Bellrock 3 years ago gave her the opportunity to refresh her mathematical knowledge and dive into the secrets of Data Science.
Privately, Joanna enjoy all forms of outdoors activities including hillwalking, skiing, cycling or rollerblading. She loves water sports including kayaking, windsurfing and sailing and is also a a big fan of racket sports, especially badminton and tennis.
Joanna also loves wild camping and sitting around a bonfire with a glass of good wine or cold beer.
She is also a mum of two children who fulfil the rest of her “spare” time.
